Diana Denham is a senior environmental planner with over 20 years experience managing a wide range of environmental permitting and feasibility studies throughout the U.S.
As a Vice President at David Evans and Associates, Inc., Ms. Denham was involved in business development, office management, and proposal preparation. She supervised and managed a staff of 20 biologists, botanists, wetland scientists, ecologists, landscape architects, environmental planners and as many as 30 subcontractors. Her experience includes regulatory compliance, permitting, document production, and technical writing/editing. The balance of her work required using National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) guidelines of several federal agencies and private clients. She has also developed and implemented Small/Minority Business Policies.
She also served as Project Manager and NEPA Permitting Specialist for installation of more than 6,000 miles of fiber optic cable in ten western states for several international telecommunications companies.
As Contract Manager for the Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, she managed three consecutive ($6 million) Indefinite Delivery Quantity contracts for Environmental Services for the Seattle District Corps of Engineers (COE). Engaged in creative team building for a wide variety of multidiscipline projects using internal staff and 17 subcontractors.
